This service covers one-time basic assistance related to Store Manager software by eMagicOne, ChatGPT, eBay Integration, QuickBooks Integration, Shipping Integration, ICEcat Product Catalogue Integration, report development, etc.
You cannot use discount coupons/bonus points/bundles or any other reduction for services according to Support Service Terms.
Customer is responsible for communications with the third-party companies, specific to each service request.
Simple one-time import setup (you have to provide us with your .csv file, database backup and your requirements and afterwards tech engineer will provide you with .cfg file with import settings via e-mail)
Single one-time .sql expression development/modification (you have to provide the exact requirements and tech engineer will create the formula and send it to you via e-mail)
Phone, Skype or any other call with techs. Assistance is provided via email only. Also the service does not include additional work related to third-party modules or Shopping Cart customizations.
